Regina is a sought-after spokesperson and presentation/media trainer with an emphasis on individual solutions to cultivate personal brands for top executives, authors and thought-leaders in parallel with communications objectives. She has personally served as an "expert" national spokesperson for AOL, Bank of America, Microsoft and Amazon.

 

A USA Today and national TV contributor, Regina currently hosts USA Today's "Money Quick Tips" and regularly covers economic headlines for MSNBC. Over the course of her care​er, she has conducted thousands of on-air interviews and has appeared on every major TV network, as well as TV and radio affiliates nationwide. She also produced for "My Generation" on PBS, which received a 2013 Emmy Nomination. 

Her client training and services roster includes executives in health/wellness, defense, real estate, advertising and education. She's been, and continues to be, at the side of notable CEOs/business leaders in important, high-profile moments (e.g., CNBC appearances, key speeches, board meetings, all-hands employee meetings, etc.). Currently representing Comcast and TIAA-CREF, her first-hand experience shapes her pragmatic coaching style. She has also led brand awareness, marketing and public relations programs with an emphasis on generating meaningful, measurable consumer response and has conducted group training sessions for top performers in multiple organizations.​

Regina studied Economics and English Writing at Lehigh University where she guest lectures. This year she will ​​return to moderate a panel discussion at The Annual Financial Literacy Leadership Conference in Washington, D.C.

D. Michael Bennett​

Executive Leadership, Information Management 

and Cyber Security

An accomplished and award-winning corporate attorney, Michael has navigated complex, multi-billion dollar mergers and acquisitions over his career. His expertise includes Information Management and Cyber Security strategy and execution, as well as Executive Leadership and Diversity and Inclusion consulting.

 

Having recently received unanimous support from the Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee (HSGAC) for Governor, U.S. Postal Service Board of Governors, the full U.S. Senate's vote to confirm Michael for this Presidential appointment is imminent. Currently, he serves as a Senior Advisor to several "bleeding edge" technology companies. Michael also serves on the Board of Advisers of a venture capital firm focused on companies with innovative technologies around big data applications. Along with adjunct board service to both Howard University and Duke University, Michael is passionate about creating home-ownership opportunities for low income residents of D.C. through his Executive Board service to Manna, Inc.  ​ 

Prior to this role, Michael was the Senior Vice President of Information Management and the Chief Information Officer of BAE Systems Inc., where he was responsible for the enterprise's development and implementation of IT strategy, policy and security. Previously, Michael was the Vice President and General Manager of the Information Solutions Line of Business, Enterprise Solutions Business Area, the focal point of the company's Cyber Space business. His organization provided IT services to BAE Systems' 60,000 U.S. internal IT users. He also served as the  Vice President, Acquisition Integration for BAE Systems Land and Armaments Operating Group where he oversaw the $4B integration of Armor Holdings, Inc.  

Prior to overseeing mergers and acquisitions for Land and Armaments, Michael established the Contracts, Procurement, Pricing and Facilities function for the company's newly created Customer Solutions Operating Group. Michael joined BAE Systems from Northrop Grumman where he served in increasingly responsible positions for more than 18 years, including Vice President, Contracts, Pricing, Procurement and Risk Management for their Information Technology Sector. Previously, Michael was a practicing attorney with EDS Corporation and the U.S. Federal Government.  

A recipient of the Washington Business Journal 2012 Minority Business Leader Award, he holds a Bachelor of Arts with honors from Duke University. He received his Juris Doctorate from the George Washington University Law School, and he is a long-time licensed practitioner of both the Washington, D.C., and Virginia Bars​.
